Crazy Cold Christmas
Well we packed up the kid and pets and went to the frozen tundra to see my family for Christmas. Of course we left 73 degree weather and came into -4 and an ice storm. As they say...nothing is better than a white Christmas!! LOL
While I was there I did some images of my family. I thought I would share them with you.
My new little GREAT-nephew Alex is a real ham!! He's just precious :)
Enjoy and have a great new year!
Keep tuned to the blog as we are going to offer some awesome family portrait packages in the next two weeks!!

Harly Grace
How the time flies. I can't believe Harly has grown up to be such a beautiful young girl so soon!! It seems like yesterday when she was only a few months old and wet all over her mother during their first session. And every year after that I've had the pleasure of documenting her youth. Now that's awesome!! This year Harly got to have her session at the Red Dog Studio. We had a great time. Check out how cute she is as she delivers her letter to santa, plays fairy and has fun outside!

Pretty Wedding Complete with Squirrel
Wow, did anyone see the sunset this evening? It was amazing!! And add to that Kim and Matt who were such a well matched couple. It was a perfect evening at Seagrove Beach!
Surrounded by friends, family and a childhood friend Squirrely, Matt's uncle married them as wonderful musician Chuck Lawson strummed music in the breeze.
For those of you who are not familiar, evidently Squirrely (a childhood gift from Kim's uncle) has been a witness to all the moments in her life. A little tattered and torn thanks to Kim and Matt's new dog, Squirrely sat with Kim's mom for the ceremony and of course made random appearances during family photos and the reception!
Enjoy a sneak peek from their wedding. I love the fact they jumped higher than the seagull was flying!

Howlin Fun at the Red Dog Studio!!
Today was it....finally the Red Dog Studio opened!! Yes, I appreciate all of you who stayed in line for hours...all night in tents just waiting for the studio to open.
Okay, well that may not have happened, but we did have a great time!
We started with my class of fantastic students getting a studio photography lesson. Lexi and Sasha were great models. And best of all they accepted pay in the form of cookies. You can't beat that with a stick! Mr. Noodles even showed up to sign autographs.
Then we had quite a few folks stop in to see what all the buzz was about. From what I heard they were thrilled. I'm so excited!!
Enjoy some images from today. They even got a photo of me and my extern Megan!! Tomorrow it's off to Palm Coast on the East Coast to photograph Claire's wedding. It should be awesome!

Red Dog Studio Ready for Saturday!!
It looks like through a whole bunch of sweat and effort from our favorite Jack Rascal Terrorist, Mr. Noodles, that the Red Dog Studio will open this Saturday!!
I'm loving the space and can't wait to begin working with all of the goodies Mr. Noodles has designed into the studio!
Come by and see us this Saturday November 22nd for a free portrait session!! But don't wake Mr. Noodles...he's taking a well deserved nap.
We're between the Cinco and Shalimar bridges in Fort Walton Beach at 252 Beachview Drive.
Can't wait to see you there.

Kelly and Andy's Engagement!!
Where are two great places for engagement photos? How about Eden State Gardens and Baytowne Wharf? I took Kelly and Andy there for their engagement session this weekend. It was freezing cold, but somehow they found a way to keep warm during the session!!
They are a fun and spunky couple. I can't wait to shoot their October '09 wedding!!

Red Dog Studio Update- One week late but almost there!!
Hey Guys,
The Red Dog studio is almost really ready for the grand opening this Saturday from 8am-6pm. It is located at 252 Beachview Drive in Fort Walton behind my residence.
Here are some updated images from the construction. Mr. Noodles was not able to be in any of these as he was at Home Depot buying supplies for today's needs....LOL
His jobs for today will be laying the floor, doing trim and of course hanging photos inside the gallery. Gotta love a busy dog!
I'm sure I'll send out an image of him tomorrow in the finished studio. Unless of course..he's just DOG TIRED!!!
